"I’m not giving this McDonald’s five stars. I’m giving only one particular employee five stars. I don’t remember her name, please excuse me, she is much older and works morning shifts at the first window. She is the only one that provides great customer and has great people skills. The young staff can learn a thing or two from her. To be honest, her level of customer service is too good to blend in with the rest. When she isn’t there my experience is always poor. I hear employees having personal conversations through the speaker and at the window, make comments about customers and cursing. It’s shameful when my kids can hear too. I really hope this particular great employee reconsiders her position and finds somewhere else to work where her customer service and people skills will be more appreciated or beneficial for her."

"Update 01:38 2/15/2026: tonight the workers here at 1:00 am have completely redeemed themselves from the previous time. Food was as expected, hot, great presentation, and fresh. The girl at window 1 was polite and got our order quickly and correctly. She was pleasant and professional. The girl at the window was also polite, kind, and responsive once I realized she forgot to give me my Sprite. It was already done she just forgot to hand it to me. I am happy to save i was satisfied with tonight's meal. When you have little choice at midnight after a late game, its great to get tastey food. The pictures attached to this review are from a previous experience that hasn't been repeated. 2/13/2026. First review 2 stars: Okay, it was 23:20, and the drive-thru line was long. Only three employees were working, and tons of DoorDashers were banging on the windows, so one should expect some poorer quality. My double quarter pounder tasted like a piece of rubber between two stale buns. My son said his quarter pounder was fine, but his nuggets were "kind of" undercooked. Sadly, I expected just a tad bit better, but my expectations were reasonable. Waiting 40 minutes in the drive-thru wasn't fun but expected given the number of customers. Never thought I'd describe French fries as brittle but this place had them. I wish people gave a damn about the work they do or the food they serve. This generation just doesnt take any pride in their work, I know it's McDonalds but back in the 80s and 90s it was different. I worked at a Golden Corral as a cook working the grill and I enjoyed cooking steaks to order and enjoyed the presentation on the plate. I guess that explains why I was always busy."
